  One of Wellington's institutions, now a chain with branches elsewhere (this is the original). This restaurant and cocktail bar has American style Mexican food. If you're after something more authentic there are other places you could go. The servings here are reasonably large and they have all the standards, as well as a selection of "little bites", which you could use like tapas if preferred. The menu is labelled as to allergens. No vegan dishes. They are popular for cocktails, sangria and other drinks specials.
  It can be very busy, and when busy can be very noisy. If there are.no seats in the restaurant you may be offered the chance to wait in the bar (upstairs) until a table downstairs is available.
  This restaurant is not suitable for anyone with mobility challenges, or for wheelchair users.
