  Over the past 10 months I have gone from having constant neck pain and headaches to being pain free. I have also ditched using pain medication which has been great. As a group fitness instructor and triathalete I am very active and need to be able to perform when training and racing. Toby has been a huge part of keeping me injury free and being able to perform at my best. I only wish I had come to see him earlier!
