  No A/C. Really noisy (what I assume was a water pump) going whenever anyone on upper levels used any water. Security light constantly going off that pretty much illuminated entire room. It smelled weird also. On the plus side seemed clean apart from the mysterious smell.

  Welcoming and what a wonderful room in an Edwardian house tastefully modernised. Comfy bed. And a short walk from Cuba Street and the harbour. Not expensive
