  requested an invoice or receipt over the phone.had to physically attend branch with statement details as had lost mine.left details with name and number to call.this was on the 17/10/2017.still no call to date.have tried calling them no answer.
  had explaination given they had switched to new system and may not be able to provide duplicate copy of invoice/receipt.really in this age of technology that is not acceptable
