  Beware! This place seems cheap. But when you get to their premises, about a 15 minute drive from the airport, they will then tell you that their prices are in $US, not NZ dollars. Which increases the quoted price by around 50% making them more expensive than the major companies in the airport - for an ancient car covered in dents and lots of engine noise. But because you are now in the middle of nowhere, and all the other companies' cars have been hired out, so you have to choice but to accept. They claim this is there in the small print somewhere, but I couldn't find it, even afterwards. The reason I still give them a 2 is that the actual staff were quite apologetic about this and said they didn't agree with the policy. I told them I would report this practice to the Commerce Commission, which I now have. Watch this space.
