  Crap service. Went to get a quote for an add-on pantry to my kitchen. There was one lady in the shop helping another couple so stood around being ignored for a good 10 minutes. Finally I had to interrupt her and ask her if there was anyone there who could help me, and she went to get the manager. He was really good and showed me all the options, gave me some rough pricing and some samples to take home so I could work out which finish I wanted. Came back two weeks later after deciding what I wanted and with all the measurements, a different lady was there and she took it all down and said she would get back to me with the formal quote. Three weeks later still hadn't received it. Went back into the shop a different lady was there, she took my details again and said she would tell the first lady to send me the quote. Its now another three weeks and still haven't heard back from them. Total waste of my time!!! Ended up getting it done by placemakers instead. Same day quote and order with delivery and install planned for within two weeks. Should have gone there in the first place.
