  I don't even think that the one star is appropriate for the service that I received at the Willis Foodcourt today. I always go to chefs palate and have never had a major problem with the service, however this time I was utterly shocked. The young blonde girl and a young guy were intolerable. To start with, the young guy was sitting on the counter slouched over on his elbows, they were in the middle of a full on private conversation with the young girl swearing profusely at every chance she got. They didn't acknowledge me whatsoever and didn't even look up from their conversation. I was so shocked by this that I had to complain to the manager, something I have never had to do before. The manager seemed unfazed and had to ask me what they had done wrong (she was there while the whole thing unfolded and they had obviously been acting that way for a while) she said she was sorry, but didn't seem to have much of an issue with it. Definitely won't be returning to this branch again.
