  Easily the WORST customer experience I have ever had to endure. I was told 3-4 weeks to have my watch serviced, seemed reasonable. After checking in at 3 weeks I was told another week, no problem. It took 11 weeks. When I was finally able to collect my watch, I spoke to the manager and simply asked "do you feel waiting 11 weeks is acceptable service?". This set him off and he proceeded to be extremely rude and belligerent and essentially implied that I had made it all up in my head. I tried to suggest that a remedy could be to remind staff about setting and matching expectations, to which he refused to acknowledge that there was poor service on their part. I received extremely poor service and was poorly treated as a customer - I have since discovered that others have had the same experience. I will never return.
