  great bubble tea to be fair but very poor customer service! we were there 4.50pm and stood in the queue waiting to place our order. was told they are closing in 5min at 4.55pm and can no longer serve us! if that's the case you as well say you close at 4.55pm instead of 5pm so that we don't have to stand on the street and queue for nothing. very disappointed.
