  Very poor service. Somehow managed to tack an extra $19 to the bill for our flat's phone order. When queried, no one could explain how that happened but resisted refunding as "we couldn't prove it". Not quite sure how that works really.
  Food (when eventually prepared) was average. There's better fish and chip outlets in Johnsonville - don't waste your time here.

  Doesnt deserve ANY stars but gets one star BY DEFAULT. only wanted a V but staff too busy gas-bagging over the phone in their own language, Told me "hang on" as i was about to hand over the money continue gas-bagging for another 15 seconds before i challenged them, They got Snappy and rather rude so i fought fire with fire, snapped at them, dumped the V on the counter and stormed out of the shop...If you're gunna be rude to customers and talk to your mates in some language we dont understand then you shouldn't be running a shop. Customers COME FIRST, Talking to your mates in a foreign language over the phone SECOND.
